General

Any courses with Manya SMT are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and money cannot be refunded or transferred to other services at Manya SMT.

Failing to give more than 24hrs notice to cancel any appointment will forfeit any payment made for that appointment.

Paying for an appointment in advance via this website does not guarantee that you will get a particular time slot of your choosing.  All time slots are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Please feel free to bring a chaperone to any of your appointments.

Sports Massage Consultations & Treatments

Please be aware that during sports massage assessments and treatments you may be required to get undressed so please bring a pair shorts or wear suitable underwear (This is especially paramount during back, pelvic and groin assessment / treatments).

Manya SMT would not want any of our patients to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. If at anytime during the assessments or treatments you feel uncomfortable or unhappy please inform the therapist immediately who will take the appropriate action, answer any question you may have about the examination.

Manya SMT is highly experienced musculoskeletal specialist who incorporate a variety of hands on specialist skills and are able to treat a multitude of problems with various treatment methods, massage, exercise therapy, and numerous other techniques.

We do appreciate that you may have certain amount of anxiety during the assessments/ treatments and will do there very best to explain exactly what is being done and why and to make you feel at complete ease.

Children Under Age 16

Children under the age of 16 years are required to have a parent or guardian to be present at the initial consultation.

Chaperones if required can be arranged for all follow up treatments.

Re-Arranging Appointments

You may e-mail us to re-arrange your appointment.

Please note that your new appointment can only be guaranteed with an appointment confirmation email or text, as appointment slots are subject to change

Cancellations

Unfortunately, sometimes the best laid plans need to change. If you are no longer able to make your appointment or you need to re-schedule, as much notice as possible would be appreciated for several reasons.

Firstly, it allows me the time to contact another client that may be waiting. Secondly, it gives those clients on a waitlist time to make the necessary plan to make an earlier appointment. However without due notice this does not happen and others lose out.

The same applies if you are unwell, please stay in bed and recuperate but do try and give me at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked appointment.
  • For all non-arrivals and those who cancel within 4 hours the full fee will be charged.
  • For those who’ve cancelled due to illness a re-book will be expected, if not a 50% fee will be charged of the booked appointment.
  • If there are exceptional circumstances they will of course be taken into consideration.

I promise that I will endeavour to fill the cancelled appointment, and if so charges will not apply. Below are the social links to my Facebook page and twitter where I will post all last minute appointments.
