This class runs weekly online via Zoom on Wednesdays at 6.30pm.
This class is a group class and available to all abilities. All you need to participate is some equipment; A foam roller, a set of soft ‘spikes balls’ and a soft ball.
To participate all you need is to get in touch. Pilates awareness is helpful, due to the nature of running on zoom beginners to Pilates will need to partake in a 1-2-1 session prior to beginning the class.
