Acupuncture Treatment
All first appointments involve an initial consultation and treatment. A full consultation including medical history and details of your requirements for treatment are taken on your first visit. All treatments are individual to each patient and information gained can help put together a comprehensive treatment plan.
Follow up treatments are up to an hour in length.

All initial appointments must be one hour in length. This involves a health screening, postural assessment, treatment plan and follow-up care. Depending on the outcome of your first treatment, your ongoing treatment plan (future appointments and length) can then be determined, if required.
Manya has a vast skillset as detailed and chooses to include this where needed within her treatment prices.

Pilates
Currently I run personal tuition to individuals or small groups as well as group classes for those with a little more experience.
For those wanting personal 1-2-1 tuition, each session is £55 per hour. Included within this are a health screening, goal assessment and lesson. For those looking for a longer commitment 5 hours of tuition can be purchased at £250 (saving £25)
Group classes are £10 per class, £40 for a book of 5 and £70 for a book of 10 classes.
